HE Ambassador Sheikh Saoud bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, attended Passing-out parade of the 142nd PMA Long Course at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul, Abbottabad. A Qatari cadet was also among the passing out, and was among the distinguished cadets of his batch.
