Mr. Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, leader of Hezb-e Islami of Afghanistan, met with HE Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar, nonresident to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

During the meeting, a number of issues of mutual interest were discussed.
