The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted an election rally in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan and left one person dead and others injured.

H.E Sheikh Ahmed Bin Jassim Bin Mohammed Al Thani, Minister of Economy and Commerce of the State of Qatar and H.E Mian Misbahur Rehman, Minister for Commerce and Textile, Islamic Republic of Pakistan co-chaired Pakistan Qatar Business Conference on 5TH July 2018 at Islamabad. A high-powered business delegation representing food, agriculture, livestock, aviation, maritime and shipping sector including thirty five businessmen and fifteen officials from the State of Qatar, H.E. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al-Mansouri, Ambassador of Qatar and diplomats, attended the Conference along with over 150 Pakistani businessmen and officials from Ministry of Commerce, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, Pakistan Horticulture Development and Export Company, Board of Investment.

HE Mr. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansoori, Qatari Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, held a farewell party to Mr. Omar Hassan Al-Hill, second secretary at the Embassy of Qatar in Islamabad on the occasion of the end of his term at the Qatar Embassy in Pakistan

His Excellency Mr. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan met with Marshal (r) Sohail Aman, Ambassador appointed to the State of Qatar.

In a statement by His Excellency Mr. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the passing of one year on the blockade imposed on the State of Qatar, the Ambassador noted that the State of Qatar has achieved many developments in 2017 despite the siege.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar (Non Resident) to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Iftar was organized in number of mosques and schools in Kabul, Ramadan packages were also distributed to needy families in this holy month.

His Excellency Mr. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan hosted Iftar / Dinner at his residence that was attended by members of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in addition to number of senior businessmen.

The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Islamabad, under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, distributed Ramadan baskets 2018. Baskets contained food items and were distributed to needy Pakistani families.
