His Excellency Saqr bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, held a dinner in honor of His Excellency Sheikh Ali Bin Abdullah Al Thani, Executive Director of Qatar International Islamic Bank and Islamic Insurance Company, the ceremony was attended by members of the delegation accompanying His Excellency the Sheikh and members of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Islamabad and a number of dignitaries of Pakistan.

The Qatar Foundation “Education Above All” and the American Refugee Committee signed an agreement to support the Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to educate more than one million child outside school throughout Pakistan. The agreement was signed at the headquarters of UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) in Paris on 1 March. With the signing of the agreement, Pakistan has become the largest recipient of the State of Qatar’s Commitment to educate 10 Million child around the world under the “Educate a Child” program.

H. E. Mr. Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, Chairman Senate of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, met in Islamabad with H. E. Sheikh Ali Bin Abdullah Al Thani, President of Qatar International Islamic Bank and Islamic Insurance Company, the meeting was attended by H. E. Mr. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

His Excellency Mr. Rana Tanveer Hussain, Minister of Defence Production of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, met with His Excellency Mr. Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
